Philippe
Besides being the "face of Frenchyou”, Philippe is an ideal teacher for who wants to learn or improve their level in his mothertongue, French.
With his working and life experience in more than 6 different countries, he developed an in-depth understanding of what it feels like and what it takes to adapt as a foreigner in another country, and to get ready to leave it all behind, learn a new language to create one’s own future. As a native speaker, he loves to share about his language and culture, but he also loves to discover new places, new people, and mostly new cultures. He fluently speaks 6 different languages, which allows him to understand the challenges that one might have when learning French.
Philippe studied and trained corrective phonetics and communication and is also certified to teach French as a foreign language. He can adapt the learning methods to his students and is always more than happy to help people reach their potential by offering additional support.
All in one, Philippe is a passionate and experienced teacher who can understand his own culture and language by putting himself in other people’s shoes, giving his students a new and unique perspective on living the life abroad.
Laurence
Laurence is a trained linguist and philologist who has a passion for travel and meeting people form other cultures. She is a French native speaker and speaks more than 3 languages, which allows her to have a in-depth understanding of the French language.
She has more than 40 years of experience working with people coming from all kind of horizons, and has an ability to teach and to make her students discover her culture in a funny, accessible and interesting way. As such, she is a valuable asset when it comes to learn French because she can provide a global perspective of the language and the French culture while being able to teach it with adapted methods and through different learning styles.
Alix
Alix is a teacher with a teaching experience over 15 years long. She teaches languages in the classrooms and online. She is a native French speaker, as everybody in the team, and has been trained in teaching languages, which allows her to transmit efficiently the French culture and language to her students.
Alix is open minded and has the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts. She is also a passioned traveler who loves the sun and to discover new things, which gives her even more to share with her students in terms of experiences and diverse knowledges. She is able to create a cosy and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and express themselves.
Altogether, with her experience, education and personality, Alix is the ideal teacher that can help students to master the French language and culture in an efficient and engaging way.

As our support team member, Typih is always the first one to cheer up for us! He might be a bit noisy when we record videos, but he represents how we want to conduct our school : In a joyful and trustworthy way, where people are happy!
